4 Bed 3 Bath Coastal Estate

This comprehensive project was an immersive 4000 sq ft blank slate with a tight budget and timeline, requiring a couple stays on the property in order to oversee the installation, details & styling. We sourced many vintage furniture & art pieces to selectively integrate with the new elements in order to create a balance that was both fresh but welcoming. Our client also had a collection of family heirloom rugs which really added a warm depth and cohesive anchor to the expansive rooms.

Residential 3 beD 2 Bath

This project was a completely blank slate that required everything from painting to furniture, artwork and lighting. What makes this project distinctive is the sustainability aspect with nearly every element being vintage, ethically produced or custom. We implemented a neutral palate to invoke a cohesive calm which also showcases all the unique patterns & textures.

RESIDENTIAL 2 BED 1 BATH

Not only was this spacious urban MidCentury Modern apartment drenched in natural light but it also featured tray ceilings, wainscoting and textured plaster which enabled a bolder approach in paint tones without overwhelming the rooms. From sourcing furniture to artwork & accessories, we then integrated pops of color and plants throughout to add an earthy vibrance that authentically highlights the owner’s artistic & Latin heritage.

Residential 2 Bed 2 Bath

It's often a delight to collaborate with other design savvy people, and working on this home was one of those standout projects. Another blank slate with a beautiful wooden ceiling and large windows surrounded by trees and Spanish style exterior, we focused on showcasing the natural elements as well as the client's own works and collection of art. Our biggest challenge was navigating the orientation of the sprawling great room as it needed to be a home office, dining & living room. Instead of designing along the walls, we used the furniture to delineate each room successfully while also allowing them to flow together.
