Residential 3 bedroom

This project was a completely blank slate that required everything from painting to furniture, artwork and lighting.

The original wall color was a cool dusty blue throughout making the home feel cold and darker than necessary. Utilizing all the wonderful natural light we went with white, gray and taupe to warm up the rooms.

We replaced the stock lighting with vintage and handmade originals, sourced mostly antique and vintage furniture, and stuck with a neutral palate in order to create a calm space that allows all the unique pieces to really stand out.

Using one piece of artwork as a guide for each of the three bedrooms, we then added plants and neutral textile pillows in order to give them a cozy but spacious feel.

The most distinct aspect is the sustainability focus throughout, as nearly everything was sourced vintage or handmade.

Multi Use commercial space

This project required updating the look and feel of a client’s flat in order to create a multi use space for them to host commercial projects and photo shoots but without breaking the bank. We utilized what they already had by rearranging and editing key pieces in addition to sourcing gently used furniture that looked upscale yet could handle wear and tear. Keeping things classic midcentury with vibrant flares allows them to optimize the space in a wide variety of projects.

Exterior & Garden Design

With a focus on native species and drought tolerant plants, we design and curate outdoor spaces, 3 season rooms, small garden areas and outdoor living rooms in permitting climates. We source and install seating areas, sun coverage and all the necessary ambient details to make your space a truly welcoming oasis.
